How it Works - Ordering a Construction Lien or Other Services
1) Ordering
You fill out the questionnaire by filling out and submitting the web form under the Order Form Tab.
Other options available to transmit the needed information are:

out and returned by E-mail .

Placing your order by phone by calling 406-250-2039.
2) Payment
To pay for the preparation and filing of your Construction Lien or other lien services, requested can be made
online by credit card by clicking on the button on the page.
Payment can also be made by credit card over the phone.
Payment can also be made by check by mail to:

3) Confirmation of Lien Preparation & Filing
You will receive a confirmation letter or e-mail immediately after placing your order. Once payment has been
verified, Construction Lien Service of Montana, Inc. will then begin the processing of your lien and will have
your lien filed and recorded with the appropriate Montana county withing five (5) working days. Copies of the liens
will also be served to the appropriate parties,
4) You will receive a confirmation letter or e-mail with a copy of the filed lien. A copy of the lien is also sent to the
Owner of the property owner, and if appropriate, the Contractor who hired you.
