In 1992, Mr. Sullivan returned to Whitefish, Montana and started an independent construction consulting business preparing construction claims, contract adjustment requests, construction schedule delay/impact analysis and documentation review. Construction Analysis continues to provide professional services to contractors, owners, other consultants and attorneys in all areas of construction dispute resolution. Requested services include impact analysis of changes, project schedule analysis, project problem investigation, cost analysis, negotiation and settlement of construction disputes and expert witness testimony. Experience includes participation in numerous trials, dispute review boards, mediations, arbitration, deposition testimony and other legal proceedings. In addition Mr. Sullivan is currently assigned as a volunteer mediator for the Justice Court of Flathead county on construction related cases. Based upon this experience, Mr. Sullivan found that in other areas in the Northwest, the fastest and most economical means to lien a project was through innovative lien filing services.
